Tim understands the demands on your weather team and knows how to navigate the daily workflow that includes broadcast and digital platforms. What is included in the typical weather team coaching contract?

Your team will get more coaching from HellerWeather than some people get their entire career.

All contracts with local television stations are one-year commitments. The typical coaching plan includes two on-site coaching visits. During these on-site coaching days, 90-minute performance coaching sessions are scheduled with each member of the weather team. Group workshops are also scheduled to strengthen daily weather coverage and address specific communication challenges. That’s not all! Tim Heller regularly checks in with every meteorologist between the on-site visits to reinforce individual performance goals.

Additional coaching options include: Max Reality Advanced Training, Graphic Design Consultation and Construction, Forecast Training, Leadership Coaching for Chief Meteorologists, and Virtual Webinars.

Does HellerWeather offer virtual coaching?

HellerWeather offers two unique virtual coaching options.

WxComm Pro is a six-month virtual coaching program that includes a Master Class in effective weather communication and six one-on-one virtual coaching sessions. This coaching solution is for individual meteorologists looking for professional development.

WxComm Pro+ is a one-year virtual coaching program that includes the same Master Class and eight one-on-one virtual coaching sessions. This market-exclusive option also includes creative consultation on computer graphic design, meteorological support and storm coverage support during major weather events. This program is available in English and Spanish.

Coaching fees for a one-year commitment are priced according to market size, the number of meteorologists on the weather team, and the number of on-site coaching days.
