TVNewsCheck Returns To Inboxes And Online

Beginning today, TVNewsCheck will resume continuous updates to its website and distribution of its AM and PM newsletters, along with its Tech Thursday newsletter. Our continued publication depends on your support, so subscribe or upgrade to TVN Plus here or create a master account for your company and manage employees’ subscriptions from a dashboard (click here).

After a three-week pause, TVNewsCheck returns to inboxes and as a website fully stocked with continuously updated industry news on starting this morning. Our AM and PM newsletters restart their distribution today, and readers will also see the return of our Tech Thursday newsletter later this week.

This return comes as a direct result of the outpouring of support we’ve seen from readers across television and adjacent industries, all of you telling us repeatedly that TVNewsCheck is the leader in providing media industry news, analysis and trend stories. We’ve been grateful to hear it, and — even more essential — to see the promising response to our subscription drive to shore up support for our return.

In the coming days, weeks and months, it will be essential to TVNewsCheck’s ongoing survival to see those TVN Plus subscription numbers continue to grow, particularly in the face of a challenging advertising environment. In addition to purchasing individual subscriptions, we now offer a Corporate Subscription option that will enable companies to create a Master Account and assign and manage “sub-accounts” for employees, all on a single dashboard (click here).

The television industry faces tectonic change that will continue to reshape its landscape. We are committed to tracking all the ways in which that is happening, moment by moment and step by step. The best way to ensure we can keep doing that is to become a subscriber and directly support our reporting efforts. In the coming months, TVN Plus subscribers will have access to expanded, behind-the-scenes coverage of finance, mergers and acquisitions; regulation, audience measurement and revenue, streaming and programming strategies.

To our advertiser community, we extend the same message. Your role in this ecosystem is essential and direct. There is no better way to stay in touch with the industry you serve than through the content of TVNewsCheck, both on its website and newsletters and its webinars and live events. Please support all of these to enable us to continue our essential work.

We are grateful to you, our readers, for enabling this chance to resume. Please keep your support coming so that we can make this return a permanent one.
