BILL SIEGEL, who’s spent the last four years as senior director of content strategy for Scripps, is off to South Florida as General Manager for the company’s WSFL-TV in Miami-Fort Lauderdale. He’ll be hiring a news director and a complete staff to launch news on that CW affiliate. JEFF ZELLER has stepped down as Vice President and News Director for FOX’s WOFL-TV in Orlando.
